At Crafter & Co., we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully packed by our team at our Auckland warehouse to help protect your marble furniture and home décor during transit.

While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, there may occasionally be instances where an item becomes unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options.

New Zealand Delivery

We offer free delivery throughout New Zealand on all orders.

All orders are shipped with tracking, and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, our team will be happy to assist.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 10 working days throughout New Zealand.

Delivery is not available to the Chatham Islands.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our free delivery service is door to door and includes tracking for every shipment.

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your order from our Auckland warehouse by appointment.

Simply select Click & Collect during checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.

Delivery Responsibility

If no one is available to receive your order, the courier may leave it in a safe place unless you have requested a signature on delivery.

Once your order has been delivered to the nominated address, Crafter & Co. cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.

To help ensure your order arrives safely, please ensure that:

• The delivery address is secure and accessible.
• Deliveries can be received during business hours where possible.
• Items left unattended are protected from weather and public access.
• Any special delivery instructions are provided during checkout.
