If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit or an exchange.

In-stock orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please note that sale, clearance, end-of-line, custom-made and pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Return Procedure

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Before returning any item, please email info@crafterandco.nz to obtain return approval and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged during transit or supplied incorrectly.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as Crafter & Co. cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost during return transit. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by our team.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange in accordance with this policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged during transit or supplied incorrectly.

Natural Stone Disclaimer

Marble, travertine and onyx are natural materials. Every piece is unique and will vary in colour, veining, texture and natural markings.

These natural variations are part of the beauty of genuine stone and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

Pre-Orders

When purchasing a pre-order item, we will provide an estimated production and shipping timeframe.

While we make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates, these may change due to manufacturing schedules, shipping delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom-Made Orders

Custom-made furniture and bespoke stone products are crafted specifically for each customer. Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on manufacturing requirements and seasonal demand. As these items are made to order, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced, unless the item is faulty, damaged during transit or supplied incorrectly.
